Brenda "Punkin" Lee Woods

Brenda "Punkin" Lee Woods, 55, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 1, 2022.

Punkin was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 28, 1966 to Chester and Lydia (Griffin) Woods. From the start she was a wild child, she lived life her way.  Punkin was always carefree and she always was herself, regardless of the situation.  She could be stubborn, but she was always there when you needed her.  She like to have fun and hang out with her friends and loved ones.  Punkin was a loving sister, devoted mother, and doting grandmother.  She will be missed.

Punkin is survived by her son Brandon "Rocky" Anderson; her grandchildren Brayanna, Brian, Braylon, and Brooke; great-grandchildren Kyrie Roberts and Keondre Perry; sister Lucille McKenney; brother Jeffery Scott Metcalf; and many nieces and nephews.

Punkin is preceded in passing by her son Brian "B-Dubb" Woods; her parents Chester and Lydia Woods; and her brothers Ronald Metcalf, Adron Metcalf, and Jerry Metcalf.

Funeral Services for Punkin will be 1 PM, Friday, August 12, 2022, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service, with burial following at New Crown Cemetery.
