Billie "Hooter" Keith Hoots III, 43, passed away on July 8, 2023.
Hooter was born on July 24, 1979, in Indianapolis, IN, to Billie Hoots Jr and Brenda (Dillow) Hoots. Hooter had a natural inclination for tinkering with various projects, always engaging in little endeavors that captured his curiosity. His strong work ethic was evident as he embraced long hours and never shied away from overtime.
Hooter's kind and compassionate nature endeared him to those around him. He had a unique ability to bring laughter and joy to others, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie. He cherished his family, especially his beloved granddaughter, who held a special place in his heart. The anticipation of the next generation of Billie brought him great delight, as he eagerly looked towards the future.
Working tirelessly towards a better future, Hooter demonstrated his determination and commitment to personal growth. He aspired to create a brighter path for himself and those he held dear.
He is survived by his sons, Billie Hoots IV and Damion Hoots, and his cherished granddaughter, Wanona Hoots, with Billie V soon to arrive. His mother, Brenda Hoots, and his brothers, Brian Hoots and Justin Hoots, mourn his loss. Hooter also leaves behind nieces and nephews, Jayden, Riley, Kendall, and Aliyah, as well as the mothers of his children, Sheila Reeves and Heather Template. His passing is deeply felt by numerous extended family members and friends who were touched by his presence.
During this time of mourning, may we find solace in the memories we shared with him. Let us remember his industrious nature, his ability to brighten the lives of others, and his unwavering love for his family. Hooter's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, and his memory will be cherished forever.
