Amanda Jean Savage

Amanda Jean Savage, 34, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023.

Amanda was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 12, 1988, to Daniel Doughty and Tammy Savage.  She worked for many years as a General Manager at the Dollar Tree before quitting to focus on her family. Amanda was a hippie, she was happiest outdoors.  She loved to go on walks and looking at the moon.  Nature centered her and helped ground her, and she had a natural talent for growing her favorite flowers, Sunflowers. Amanda loved arts and crafts, she was very creative.   She was the selfie queen, always taking photos.  Amanda was the type of person who made you want to be better.  She was hilarious and could find humor in any situation.  She had a laugh that made you want to laugh with her.  She helped anyone she could, without strings and without expecting anything back.  She was an amazing mom who gave her all to her kids.  Family was very important to Amanda, she was the glue to keep everyone together and she was always the one organizing get togethers. Amanda will be greatly missed, and where her absence is felt, her memory lives on.

Amanda is survived by the love of her life Jacob Totton-Coakley; her children Neveh, Amelia, Aliza, Connor, and Kevin; her siblings Rachel, Danielle, Maranda, Nancy, Delaina, Ashley, Johnny, and Kimberly; and many nieces and nephews.

Amanda is preceded in passing by her father Daniel Doughty and her mother Tammy Savage.

Services for Amanda will be 5 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 1 PM until the hour of service.
