Wanda Gail (Brewster) Doerr

Wanda Gail Doerr, 67, of Indianapolis, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Wanda was born in Louisville, KY on November 11, 1951 to the late Robert James Brewster and Ima Del Foster.  She was a strong worker, and loved her job waitressing.  She had many loyal customers she had fun talking to.  She was a good cook and made the best hamburgers and special chili.  She enjoyed her scratchers and always loved coming home to take care of her kids and grandchildren, family was very important to her.

Wanda is survived by her children Lonnie, Ricky, Candy, and Wendy; her grandchildren Scott Jr, Justin, Shalee, Billy, Ashley, Hope, Deon, Destiny, Trinity, and Courtney; her siblings Dottie, Regina, Patty, Sissy (Ima), and Ronnie; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Wanda is preceded in passing by her husband, Richard Door; and her siblings Duanna, Cecil, Doug, and Jodie.

Funeral Services will be 1 PM, Friday, November 16, 2018 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11 AM to the hour of service. Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
