Sam Cole IV, 47, of Indianapolis passed away July 13, 2017.  He was born on October 14, 1969 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Sam Cole Jr and Reba (Lowe) Smith.  Sam was a music lover.  He enjoyed playing cards and shooting basketball.  He liked spending time with his family.

Sam is survived by his children, Samuel Cole, Sam Cole, Jasmine Durden, and Mary Cole; several grandchildren; siblings Rita, Novella, and Tammy. 

In addition to his parents Sam is preceded in passing by his brothers Wayne Smith and Estal Smith.  

Funeral Service for Sam will be at 7 PM, July 27, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Service.  Visitation will be from 4 PM until the hour of service.
