Phyllis Joan Edwards

Phyllis Joan Edwards, 43, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 4, 2019.

Phyllis was born in Indianapolis on May 11, 1976 to William Edwards and Pam Clontz.. 

Phyllis is survived by her mother Pam Clontz, father William Edwards and step-father Ronnie Clontz; her children Jaden Edwards, Asher Edwards, Memphis Edwards, Crimson Edwards and Cinnamon Edwards.

Funeral services for Phyllis will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Family and friends are invited to visit from 11:00AM until the hour of the service at the funeral home.  She will be laid to rest following the funeral service at Floral Park Cemetery.
