Mary Lou (Petty) Earl

Mary Lou Earl, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 26, 2019.

Mary was born on September 24, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN to Arthur Petty and Maggie Thurman. Her whole life revolved around her family, and she was a dedicated homemaker.  She was loving, and spunky, and a wonderful mother, fun grandmother, and loving great-grandmother.  Spending time with her grandchildren was her favorite thing in the world, be it playing games like Yahtzee, Phase 10, or running errands as simple as going to the Dollar Tree.  She was always there when someone needed her.  Mary also enjoyed collecting all sorts of jewelry.

Mary is survived by her children Janet Ramsey, Lloyd Shane Jr, Joyce Hart, and Russell Hardin; many grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in passing by her father Arthur Petty; her mother Maggie Thurman; and her long-term partner Eddie McFadden.

Funeral Services for Mary will be 1 PM, Monday, December 9, 2019 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 10 AM until the hour of service.
