Madison Ideman Obituary

Madison Elizabeth Ideman, 21, of Indianapolis, formerly of Rochester, NY, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018.

Madison was born on June 3, 1996, in Rochester, NY to George and Kerry (Goodspeed) Ideman.  Madison was a one of a kind person.  She was a creature of chaos, and it was her natural state.  She thrived in it, a true curveball catcher in life.  She had a free spirit and was able to roll with the punches, adapting to everything around her.  She was stubborn and strong-willed with a love for debating.  Never one to admit defeat, she would keep going until she proved her side right.

She was a huge Pacers fan.  She was enjoyed watching Anime.  Her one true passion was music, and Madison was never without her headphones.  She liked to sing and dance, but listening to music was her love.  She was very artistic and a talented artist, she liked to doodle in her Hello Kitty notebook.  Her artistic nature extended to her make up, and she often did her eyes in increasingly elaborate styles.

Above all Madison loved her family.  She loved being a mother, and according to her daughter Rosalie she loved hugging her girls as much as she could.  The people she cared about were very important to her, and she loved them as she did all things, with reckless abandon and all her heart.  She will be greatly missed.

Madison is survived by her children Rosalie Faith and Aria Katelyn; her mother Kerry Ideman and her partner Eric; her father George Ideman; the love of her life, Steve Fitzpatrick; her brothers Gavin Parker and Donovan Gabriel; her Obasan Dorothy Klue; her paternal grandparents James and Joette Ideman; her maternal Nana Patricia Grant-Goodspeed and her husband Bill; her maternal grandfather Rodney Goodspeed; her uncles Noel Goodspeed, Emery Goodspeed, and James Ideman; her aunts Cathrine Ideman, Marcile White, and Joey-Beth Mackprang; family friend Lisa Farmworth; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins, beginning with Kimberly-Anne Messer.

Madison is preceded in passing by her sister Katelyn Marcile.
