Kathy Fay Hubbard, 51, of Indianapolis passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017.  Kathy was born in Virginia on September 26, 1965 to the Earl and Betty Joe Hubbard.  She was a homemaker.  Kathy loved listening to music and dancing.  She had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening.  Above all she loved being a grandma, and adored her grandbabies.

Kathy is survived by her long-time partner Josh; her daughter Latisha; and her six grandchildren.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents.
