Jimmy "Jimbo" Freeman Bussell

Jimmy "Jimbo" Freeman Bussell, 58, of Indianapolis, formerly of Cookiville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

Jimbo was born in Cookiville, TN on August 16, 1960 to Sam and Frances (Tesner) Bussell. He enjoyed cops shows like CSI or Criminal Minds.  He was a huge sports fan, especially the Colts and the Pacers.  Like every good Hoosier, he hated the Patriots.  Jimbo had a big heart, he was good to everyone.  He loved his family and spending time with them.

Jimbo is survived by his children Jimmy Bussell Jr and Karen Banilla; three grandchildren; his sisters Patty Parksey, Jackie Hall, Sandra Kents, Gloria Hamblem; his best friend Norma Jean; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Jimbo is preceded in passing by his wife Betty; his parents Sam and Frances Bussell; and his brother Johnny Bussell.

Funeral Services for Jimbo will be 6 PM Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of service.
