Jeffrey Jay Francis

Jeffrey Jay Francis went to meet the Lord and Mr. Dammit on May 9, 2018. 

He was born in Indianapolis on May 3, 1952 to Donald and Vivian Francis.  He is survived by his Step Mother Doris Francis, siblings Linda Leveridge, Charles J. Francis, Judy Snyder and Gregory P. Francis and several nieces and nephews. 

Jeff was a 1970 graduate of Decatur Central High School.  He worked, among other places, at Bridgeport Brass and retired from Calumet Paving in 2006.  He was also sole proprietor of OPIL Construction.  He was a 26 year member of the Indiana National Guard.  Jeff enjoyed fishing, racing, Colts, euchre, jokes and spending time with family and friends.  We will greatly miss his peculiar and infectious laugh. 

A Celebration of Life will be May 19, 2018 from 1-5 at VFW Post #908   3011 S Lockburn St.  Indianapolis, IN 46221
