Dennis Robert Shields, 63, of Shelbyville, formerly of Martinsville, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018.

Dennis was born on June 3, 1955 in Martinsville, IN to George and Cheri (Ely) Shields. After High School Dennis went on to become an electrician. He loved marital arts and was a Black Belt in Karate and Jiu Jitsu. Dennis always had a strong faith and was a man of God, he served with all his heart.

Dennis is survived by his wife Toni Shields; his mother Cheri Shields; his son Elijah Shields; his step-daughter Amber Wyde; his step-grandchildren Faith, Ariel, Trinity, And Patience; four siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
