December 16, 1945 - September 17, 2018.

Clarence was a Vetran Hero. He was very loving best friend, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was married to Betty J Howard 26 years before she passed away in in 1991. He remarried in 1998.

He is survived by Diana Lynn Howard; his children Patricia A Jones and Keith D Howard; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; 3 step-children; 5 step-grandchildren; and 1 step great-grandchild. He was loved dearly by his family. He was a wonderful man and a Hero, who will be greatly missed.

A Memorial Service for Clarence will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at House of Victory Church, 1006 Laurel St, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
