Annette Guadalupe Alvarez

Annette Guardalupe Alvarez, 56, of Indianapolis, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on August 6, 2019.

Annette was born in Chicago, IL on December 12, 1962 to Aniceto and Blanche Alvarez.  She loved sports, specifically the Green Bay Packers.  She also liked baseball and followed the New York Yankees, the Cubs, and the Braves. Annette liked being outside, especially fishing.  She also enjoyed gardening and relaxing with her dogs.  Lethal Weapon was her favorite movie, and she binged General Hospital all the time.  She loved holidays and went all out with her outfits, St. Patrick's being her favorite by far.  

Annette is survived by her children Ricky (Jessica) Napier Jr and Annette (Richard) Phillips; her grandchildren Alexander Phillips and Raina Napier; her siblings Carmen Vinas, Gloria Alvarez, Connie Guzzo, Mary Lou Neubauer, John Alvarez, Ricky Alvarez, Janie Santoy, and Julie Alvarez; and many nieces in nephews.

Annette is preceded in passing by her parents, Aniceto and Blanche Alvarez; her siblings Robert Alvarez, Theresa Szotek, Guadalupe Alvarez; and two siblings who passed away in infancy. 

Funeral Services for Annette will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
