**In Loving Memory of Karen Ann Gorman**

Karen Ann Gorman, 72, of Indianapolis, formerly of Detroit, MI, passed away on April 6, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength. Born on August 13, 1951, in Detroit to Lawrence and Florence (Blackwell) Gephart, Karen was a woman of remarkable skill and profound affection.

Karen's adeptness with computers led her on a fulfilling career path in IT, where she dedicated many years to RT Moore, showcasing her talents and leaving a lasting impact. Alongside her husband Eric, they formed an unstoppable duo, Karen excelling in paperwork and computers while Eric handled the physical tasks with ease.

In her youth, Karen's athletic prowess was legendary, her name forever etched in the records of Pinckney High School for her softball throwing prowess. Despite her competitive spirit, Karen's heart overflowed with love, even if she could be a bit mischievous at times, and out-stubborn a mule.

Her love knew no bounds, extending warmly to her family and her cherished dogs, who held a special place in her heart.

Karen leaves behind her loving husband Eric, her son Brian (Mary) Eishstead, her adored grandson Ronan, her sister Kathy, her Uncle Frank, and her faithful companions Rocky and Vader. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Kristen and Kimberly.

Though Karen's physical presence may be absent, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May her memory be a source of comfort and strength during this time of mourning.
