Steven "Steve" Michael Eward, 64, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017.

Steve was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 13, 1953 to Frank and Bettie (Turner) Eward.  He was a roofer for many years.  He was a go with the flow kind of guy, very easy going, but also very straight forward.  You always knew where you stood and there was no guesswork with Steve.  He liked his motorcycle, and being out on the water on a boat.  He liked to be social and be around others.  He loved his family and he had a good heart.

Steve is survived by his children Stephanie and Jennifer; his step children Jennifer and Chris; his mother Bettie; his siblings Frankie, Kim, June, Jackie, and Leanne; his long term girlfriend Patty Elwood; he was loved and will also be missed by his many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and his 6 dogs.

Steve is preceded in passing by his father Frank Eward; and his sister Karen.

Services for Steve will be 1PM, Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation is from noon until the time of service.  The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to help offset funeral costs.
