Steven "Steve" Earl Foster, 57, of Greenwood, IN, passed away September 22, 2017 at Community Hospital South.  He was born on April 21, 1960 in Greenfield, IN as the son of Robert Foster and Ruth (Pyles) Pierson.  He married Deanna Marie (Navarra) Foster on June 20, 2009 in Greenwood, IN.

Steve had been an OTR driver for North American Van Lines as well as a roll-off truck driver for Fisk Sanitation in Greenfield before he retired as a dump truck driver from V&S Transportation in Hancock County.  He was affectionately known as "Coyote" and "Trader" and loved fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, and spending time in nature where he could watch animals.  His other passions included trading, watching Westerns, and being an enthusiast of ham radio and mopars. 

He is survived by his wife, Deanna Foster of Greenwood, IN; son Steve Foster of Raysville, IN; daughter Micki Foster of Raysville, IN; step-son Joe (Amanda) Waters of Franklin, IN; brother Jim Penry; sister, Jennifer Little; his parents; and five grandchildren, Altair, Brayden, Emma, Julian, and Jensen.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Jay Penry.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1 PM, Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Masonic Lodge Golden Rule #16, 9171 S CR 425 W, Knightstown, IN 46148.
