Raymond "Pose" Christopher Henderson, 64, of Indianapolis, formally of St. Croix, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017.  Pose was born in Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, on June 7, 1952 to the late Emile Sr and Gerda (James) Henderson.  Pose was a truck driver before retiring, and he then he worked at Crown Hill. He liked watching TV, especially the older shows like Andy Griffith.  He loved sports of all kinds, including baseball, football, basketball, boxing, and the UFC.  He was a huge fan of the Colts, the Steelers, and the Pacers.   He was a member of the UCC Community Church, and was a man of faith. Above all, family was very important to Pose.  He liked talking on the phone with his family, and traveling to see them.  He frequently made trips, to Saint Croix where he was from, to Alabama to visit his best friend Reuben Barnes, and to New York to visit his brother, sister, and nephew.

Pose is survived by his wife, Karen; his children Lejuan Harris and Deshawn Harris; his grandchildren Deondre Harris, Dominique Harris, Lejuan Harris Jr, and Vashaun Harris; his great-grandchild August Arya Harris; many nieces and nephews including Chyla Ritter-Henderson, Lito Henderson, and Toa Barnes; many great nieces and nephews; best friend Reuben Barnes; and many siblings. 

Service for Raymond will be 8 PM, Monday, February 27, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 4 PM until the hour of service.
