Lois Marie Wineinger, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017.  

Lois was born in Cuzco, IN on January 3, 1935 to the late Cleo Elmer and Ida Lois (Collins) Wineinger.  She grew up on a farm and helped raise 6 children.  Lois worked at His and Hers on Shelby St as a hostess for many years.  She liked to work outside in her garden.  Lois enjoyed cooking and supervising others.  She liked attending and watching basketball and football games and the TV show Big Brother.

Lois is survived by her son, Bill; her grandchildren Jason (Rebecca) and Tracy; great-grandchildren Jenna and Madison; step great-grandchildren Victoria, Riley, and Asya; great-great grandson Kaydence; brothers Clifford, Ed, and Jimmy; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents Lois is preceded in passing by her sister Jenny and brothers Gary, Dean, and Bill.

Funeral Service for Lois will be at 1 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2017  at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 10 AM until the hour of service.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
