Laura B. Mock, 83, of Indianapolis passed away February 15, 2017.  Laura was born in Indianapolis on February 24, 1933 to the late David C and Winifred G (Kimmery) Smock.  She was very crafty, especially when it came to fabric.  Laura enjoyed sewing, crochet, embroidery, and quilting, especially making baby blankets.  She was a baker, and made wonderful homemade breads, cookies, and candies.  She also enjoy music, listening to it and singing.

Laura is survived by her children, Virginia (John) Dale Sartin, Dennis Earl Pryor, and Laura Kathleen Sturdevant; her siblings Evelynn Louise Brawn, Barbara Couch, Gordan (Donnetta) Smock; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents Laura is preceded in passing by 7 brothers and sisters.

Service for Laura will be 1 PM Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service.  Burial will follow at Acton Cemetery.
