James "Jim" Alan Wilfong, 53, of Indianapolis passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016.  Jim was born in Martinsville, IN on May 22, 1963 to the late John and Deanna Wilfong.  He was the owner and operator of American Transport and Recovery.  He was one of the best machinist in Indiana, he had won numerous awards for his skill.  He was very computer savvy and loved computer games, even before the age of modern gaming.  He was the type who loved helping others, he would drop whatever he was doing to assist someone in need.  He was a collector of many things.  

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy (Stone) Wilfong; his children Andrew Baldwin, John Zachary Wilfong, Justin Wilfong, and Jamie Wilfong; his grandchildren Dakoda and McKenzie; and his sisters, Pam, Rhonda, and Michelle.  In addition to his parents Jim is preceded in passing by his brother, Gary.

Service for Jim will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, November 25, 2016 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.  Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
