Frank James, 64, of Indianapolis passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016.  Frank was born in Easy Chicago, IN on March 31, 1952 to the late Henry and Susan K. James.  He was a good-hearted person.  Frank was very outgoing, and he liked to be social.  He loved spending time with his family.

Frank is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his children Devon, Anton, and Ray Ray; his brothers Clifford, Joel, and Pres; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  In addition to his parents Frank is preceded in passing by a sister.
