Frank Edward Dice, 55, of Rushville, IN passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017.  Frank was born in Rushville to Donald and Jean (Andis) Dice on September 12, 1961.  He lived in Rushville all his life, attending the local schools.  He worked with his father in construction.  He enjoyed setting up flea markets.  He was a member of Milory Baptist Church.

Frank is preceded in passing by his Father, Don Dice; brother Donald Eugene Dice; sister Linda Kay Dice; step-father Loren Tillson; and brother-in-law Fritz Price.  He is survived by his mother, Jean Tillson, brother Roger (Carolyn) Dice; sister Juanita Price; and several nieces and nephews.
