Felicia Yvette Bowman, 53, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017.  She was born on January 8, 1964 in Carrolton, GA to the late Charles Bowman and Elgie McMeans.

 Felicia had a kind heart and would help anyone.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She liked to travel, often with her friends.  Her talents were not limited to dancing and singing, but that was where she shined.  She will be missed by everyone she loved.

Felicia is survived by her children, Steven (Tonya Nadeau) Meyers, James (Jamie) Meyers, Garth (Destinee) Meyers, and Kristen Meyers; the father of her children Steven F. Meyers; her partner Thomas Bastin; two sisters; her grandchildren Kelsey Meyers, Betty Jane Meyers, Kaiden Meyers, Matthew Meyers, Morgyn Meyers, Felicia Meyers; god children Julian Ellis, Destiny Conner, Bennjamine Oliver Conner; friends Lisa Sims, Patty Sue Stinson-Wells, and Lisa Pardue Samples; childhood friend Adam Sims; and many other loved ones.
