Eva Fugate Green, 83, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017.  Eva was born on March 31, 1933 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Wise and Katie (Noble) Fugate.  

In addition to her parents, Eva is preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Green and sisters, Evelyn Hudson and Faye Humphrey.  Eva is survived by her sons, Mike Green, David Muse, Ricky Muse, Randy Muse and Brian Muse; daughters, Debbie Green and Karen Muse; brothers, Troy (Loretta) Fugate, Adam (Allie) Fugate, Junior (Becky) Fugate as well as six grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until the hour of service.  Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Eva’s honor to the American Heart Association.
