Ernest K Howard, 53, of Indianapolis passed away January 15, 2017.  Ernest was born on June 28, 1963 in Indianapolis, IN to Fester and Kathleen (Watson) Howard.  He was a mechanic for many years, and always enjoyed working on cars.  He also liked to ride motorcyles and was a Harley man.  He enjoyed fishing and vacationing with his wife, Julie.  Together they went to Ohio-specifically for fishing - and to Gulf Shores, AL.  He was an animal lover, who fed birds, especially sparrows.  Every time he went outside his birds would join him.  Every one he found in his yard he gave a proper burial for.

Ernest is survived by his beloved wife, Julie; his daughter, Misty; his step-son Nick; his two grandchildren; mother, Kathleen; his brothers Travis, Richie, and Robby; his sisters Janet and Judy; and many nieces and nephews.  Ernest is preceded in passing by his father, Fester and his brother Mike.

Funeral Service will be 7:00 PM, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
