Charlotte Mary Fausey, 96, of Florida, formally of Indianapolis, passed away April 3, 2017.  Charlotte was born on January 10, 1921 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Frank R and Charlotte Marks.  Charlotte lived in Indianapolis until 2009 when she moved to Hudson, FL to live close to her son and daughter-in-law Laura. She would fly up each year to Indianapolis and Chicago to visit her friends and relatives. She loved her chocolate and had to have some every day. Relatives were always sending her chocolate if they heard she ran out.

She loved playing cards and any kind of games.  She always wanted to be were the action was.  She had a stroke August 20, 2016 and she couldn't live alone anymore.  She just turned 96 on January 10, 2017. 

She was in assisted living from February 1, 2017 to March 23, 2017 when she had another stroke.  She went to Hospice March 25, 2017, and then passed away April 3, 2017.

Charlotte is survived by her son Joseph (Laura) Bireley of Hudson, Fl; her daughter, Sandra Bertram (Marvin); brother Richard Marks of Indianapolis, IN; 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in passing by a son, Sonny.

Funeral Service for Charlotte will be 1 PM, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service.  Burial will follow in New Crown Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Charlotte's honor to Marliere Hospice Care, 6801 Rowan Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
