Billie Rose (Miller) Peppers, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017.  She was born on December 8, 1940 in South Bend, IN to the late Harry and Sylvia (Appleton) Miller.  She had a candy store, Granny's Candy Store, for 25 years that she ran out of her house.  She loved to cook and make things for people.  Billie was crafty, she made t-shirts and always had a project going.  She enjoyed video games, starting back in the 80s with Pacman and ending with her PS3, she liked Mario, Crash Bandicoot, and Rachet & Clank.  She liked the internet, and keeping in touch with everyone on Facebook.  Her favorite part of her projects - like home renovations - is her whole family would pitch in to help, and she got to spend time with them.  She loved her family, and being a grandmother.  

Billie is survived by her children, Richard Peppers Jr, William Peppers, Selena Peppers, Tina Culvahouse, and Nancy (Leslie) Boyce; 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; her close friend Henry Curry; and her best friend of 55 years, Pat Demunck.  In addition to her parents Billie is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Peppers Sr.

Service for Billie will be 7 PM, Monday, April 17, 2017 at Fountain Square Cremations & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of service.
